JOSE MATHEW P. LUGA, a Senior at Sacred Heart Academy of Novaliches (SHAN), President of its Athletic Club, Crew Leader of the Boy Scout of the Philippines at SHAN and the great great grandson of General Mateo Noriel Luga, after obtaining a 93% general weighted average for the aptitude test given to high school students prior entry to College recently passed the University of the Philippines College Admission Test for 2007. "Joma", as he is called in the family prefers to study at U.P. Baguio, where her mother resides prior transferring to Caloocan City, to take up Bachelor of Science in Mathematics.
